Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by AT Luxury Extensions (Andrada Turca), a sole-trader hair-extension business based in Northampton, UK.

1. Bookings

Appointments are made by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone, email or via the website form. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date and time in writing.

2. Consultation

A free consultation is offered before any application, so we can assess your hair type, length, density, colour match and the most suitable method for you.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown on our Services page and are valid for lengths up to 24 inches. For every extra 2 inches, an additional £25 per 100g applies. Maintenance starts at £150 per 100g, removal from £30 depending on complexity. A personal quote is confirmed at your consultation.

4. Payment & deposits

No deposit is required to book. Payment is taken at the end of your appointment.

5. Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another client.

6. Aftercare & results

Extension longevity depends on your natural hair, home care and lifestyle — results and wear time vary from person to person. We'll walk you through aftercare at your appointment.

7. Liability

We take every care to work safely and professionally. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant sensitivities or previous adverse reactions to hair services in advance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
